Greg Beach was called to the bar in 2007 and practices
exclusively in the area of intellectual property
litigation. His focus is on pharmaceutical patent
litigation.
Mr. Beach has co-authored an article on pre-trial
discovery in intellectual property litigation which was
published in the Canadian Intellectual Property Review
in 2005.
Mr. Beach is a metallurgical engineer. He graduated
from McGill University in 1999 and worked for
technology-based clients as a management consultant in
Boston and Montreal before law school. Prior to joining
Hitchman & Sprigings, Mr. Beach articled in Ottawa in
the intellectual property department of a large national
law firm.
