LITIGATION LAWYER

Hitchman & Sprigings is seeking an intellectual property litigation lawyer with at least 1 - 2 years experience in PM(NOC) Regulation proceedings.  A scientific background is preferred. 

You will be working on leading Canadian intellectual property litigation.  This is an excellent opportunity for applicants who work well independently and are willing to assume responsibility for a wide variety of litigation matters.  Qualification as a registered patent agent would be an asset.

Hitchman & Sprigings was formed in 1996 and practices primarily in the area of intellectual property litigation.  In 2008, Hitchman & Sprigings was awarded the Managing Intellectual Property – Trademark Case of the Year Award for its representation of Nissan against BMW in a trade-mark action in the Federal Court.
